Steven Starcher. Steve is an ordained minister with the Associated Brotherhood of Christians and an Adjunct Professor at Fresno Pacific University. His academic credentials include B.S. in Biology, M. Ed. In Education;  MBA in Marketing; M.Div. in Ministry; D. Min. in Spiritual Formation.

2.  Is ApostolicPentecostal.Com affiliated with any denomination or organization? 

No. We have made forum spaces available for the UPC and PAW. Contact us if you would like a forum space for your denomination or organization.

3. Is there a cost to join the community?

At this time, there is no cost to join the community. There will always be free forum spaces in the community. However, growth will incur expenses resulting in a fee for some of the forum spaces.
